Our staff have led groups on medical treks in remote ethnic minority communities and refugee camps, and co-ordinated the building of schools, kindergartens, wells, toilets and bridges for disadvantaged regions. Your visits to these local communities are invaluable and go along way in facilitating cross cultural experiences that enable beneficial encounters for both tourist and locals. We are currently involved with a number of communities in East Africa such as Kitenge Africa Foundation in Uganda, Kumbaya Child Care Foundation also in Uganda and Kibera Girls Soccer Academy in Kenya) and Les enfants de Dieu in Rwanda.
