"dear Mayra, I've wanted to let you know how impressed we were with your country. our stay in Peru was truly amazing one. we've met wonderfully genuine people and we had great and unforgettable time. climbing Machu Picchu was terrific!!! there is only one thing I think we should mention though. the matter of tips for porters turned out to be a vital issue.we couldn't fail to notice how hard these men work on the trekking. while for us it was evident that they should get a big tip some people were not so clear. your email was very specific and we thank you for delivering this information.we just wanted to let you know that we encountered this situation and it was very awkward and in the end we felt really bad that maybe the porters didn't get what they should. anyway,thank you once again for everything,I'm sure it wasn't our last time in Peru." less

" I had awful experience with this travel agent. We booked 9 days Kerala trip including evening meals with this travel agent and requested them for 4 to 5 start hotel. They booked the hotel and we checked them on internet and they looked OK. It did not have any rating but assured us the hotel were good. When we visited all the five hotels, the rooms were substandard, food in the restaurant was awful, cleanness in the hotel restaurant was diabolical and TV not working. Every hotel had some sort of fault where we have to request them to come and fix them. (Shower not working, broken window etc.). Some hotel will have hot water supply between 6:30 and 10:00 only. One hotel had 80 to 90 steps to go to the room. No lifts to the floor where the room were allocated. Part of breakfast one hotel will not make us black tea. My uncle and aunt who are in their late seventies accompanied with us were also shocked. I would not recommend any one to book any holidays or package tour with this travel agent as they do not have any clue on the hotel requirements. This travel agent takes 4/5 star hotel money but gives us substandard hotels, rooms and services. This travel agent claims to know about the hotel but does not have any clue. The guests so much enjoyed there time both with you and in Safari and they would not have a hard time recommending your services to their friends and family for future travels. I got back so tired, it's taking me days to recover but all the same, it was a wonderful trip with so much accomplished and lots of fulfilments.
